Level setup area fully supporting each outrigger required.
Dunnage and trench plates when required.
Follow manufacturer setback distances from trenches, excavations, or slopes.
No outrigger within 15 ft of hydrants, electrical boxes, or backfilled areas.
POWERLINES & WEATHER BOOMING RISK
Boom must stay 20 ft away from power lines at all times.
No boom in high wind — per manufacturer max wind speed specs.
Boom cannot operate when lightning is imminent.
HOSE WHIPPING & PRESSURE EQUIPMENT RISK
One designated hose man trained on dangers and ACPA hand signals per pour.
Personnel stay back at start-ups and prime-outs; 50 ft danger zone around boom.
All personnel at pump operation wear PPE.
